Orders placed before 15:00 CET are dispatched the same business day.
Delivery windows
- United States: 3–6 business days
- Canada: 4–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 5–7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Tracking
Every order includes tracked shipping. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Lost or damaged parcels
In the rare case a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement free of charge.
