We stand behind every jar we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your first order, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
How to request a return
- Email support@norvaorganics.com with your order number.
- We will reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Ship the parcel back using any tracked service. Return shipping is at your own cost.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the parcel arriving at our warehouse.
Eligibility
Only first orders are eligible for return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns received after the 60-day window cannot be processed.
